| 提要文摘： | 蜜蜂采集花蜜过程的细菌多样性，对蜂蜜质量和蜜蜂生长､营养､免疫等方面都产生重要的影响。近年来对蜜蜂肠道共生菌､蜜囊微生物的研究越来越受到重视。为了探索花蜜、蜜囊、蜂蜜的细菌多样性，蜜蜂采蜜过程淀粉酶值变化规律，蜜囊优势菌对蜜囊液淀粉酶的影响，蜜囊优势菌的抑菌作用等问题，本论文以传统培养技术为基础，结合16S rDNA序列分析对分离菌进行鉴定，构建系统发育树，通过生化鉴定确定优势芽孢菌的属、种性质；模拟从花蜜到蜜囊细菌的变化，获得细菌性淀粉酶的产生量及影响程度，发现蜜囊中优势芽孢菌分泌淀粉酶；并通过抑菌试验，探究优势菌作为益生菌在蜜囊内的抑菌作用，为进一步将蜜蜂益生菌运用于微生态制剂以及蜜蜂产品的质量评价和控制提供理论依据。 |
| 并列题名： | Diversity of bacteria affects growth, nutrition, immunity of honey bee and quality of honey in process of collecting nectar.In recent years,research was paid attention to symbiont in gut of honey bee and microbe of honey stomach. In order to explore bacterial diversity of nectar,honey stomach and honey, changes of amylase in process of bee collecting honey, dominant bacteria effecting amylase value and bacteriostasis of dominant bacteria, we analyzed 16S rDNA sequence and identified isolates and ascertained bacterial property of species and genus, based on traditional culture technology and biochemical test. We simulated bacterial changes from nectar to honey stomach and obtained the amount of bacterial amylase and degree of influence. We found that dominant bacteria secretes amylase in honey stomach. We explored the bacteriostasis of dominant bacteria as probiotic in the honey stomach, in order to provide a theoretical basis for evaluation and control of bee products quality and probiotic application. eng |
